Car scales
At first glance, all platforms look the same – steel, ramps, weighing indicator. But the difference is not in the metal. What matters is how it is welded. How it is coated. How the whole system works. And how quickly it pays for itself. We offer more than just scales – we offer working solutions that save you time every day. From reliable embedded or ramp-mounted platforms to mobile options for short-term projects. Lengths – from 6 to 24 meters, loads – up to 80 tons and more. Automated weighing process – this is our strongest point.
We use our own software Scale Expert , specially designed for vehicle weighing. It recognizes vehicles by license plates, controls traffic lights, LED screens, gates, terminals. Drivers weigh themselves - without an operator, without errors, without queues. The whole process is smooth and documented. It is always clear who weighed what, when and how much. And all this - in real time on your computer, phone or integrated into your accounting system.

Various installation types
Our scale installation solutions are adaptable to various situations - the most common options are installation flush with the road surface, installation with access ramps, as well as mobile solutions that can be installed directly on the ground or asphalt.

Drawings and consultations
We help you design a solution that meets your needs – from detailed drawings to individual consultations. Our specialists will help you avoid mistakes at the design stage and prepare a precise plan for successful implementation.

Scale automation solutions
Modern tools for efficient weighing. Automate weighing processes with driver terminals, card readers and multilingual interfaces. Our solutions reduce the risk of human error, speed up the process and ensure transparent accounting.
Scales with ramps are always a temporary and less reliable solution.
Ramp scales (surface-mounted) are widely used in long-term projects - especially where it is not possible to install a pit.
Installation methods:
Installation flush with the road surface
Advantages
Takes up little space - suitable for narrow areas where there is no room for ramps. Aesthetic appearance. Convenient to drive in any direction.
Disadvantages
Long installation period - about 40 days. High cost of foundation installation. More complicated maintenance from dirt, debris, snow.
Installation on ground with concrete ramps
Advantages
Inexpensive foundation for quick installations, easier maintenance and cleaning.
Disadvantages
More space is needed due to the entrance ramps, maneuvering the vehicle is more difficult, and getting out is not very convenient for the driver.
Mobile scales with steel ramps or reinforced concrete factory-made foundations.
Advantages
These are scales that can be easily moved to another location. They are mounted on a flat, hard surface without concreting. Ideal for temporary projects (e.g. quarry sites, road construction projects, agriculture)
Disadvantages
Over time, mobile scales lose accuracy and wear out faster due to their weaker construction.
Reinforced concrete scales
Advantages
Reinforced concrete car scales are characterized by high strength, durability and resistance to moisture, cold and aggressive substances, making them perfect for use in difficult conditions.
Disadvantages
These scales are more expensive both in terms of production and installation - they require solid foundation structures, transportation and installation work are more complicated. Due to their specific design and small gaps between the segments, their maintenance is also difficult, as dirt accumulates and is difficult to remove.
Book a free on-site inspection!
When installing scales, it is very important to choose the right place where they will be placed. You can book a free and non-binding visit to your company/farm. Upon arrival, the consultant will assess the terrain at the planned location of the scales and advise on the best solution and help plan all investments.
