Return of goods

These rules contain information about returning goods and providing guarantees. By agreeing to these rules, users confirm that they have read and understood them. If the user does not agree to these rules, we recommend that you do not purchase goods from verstaikles.lt.

1. Return of a quality product

1.1 Money Back Guarantee:

All our products are covered by a money-back guarantee.

1.2 Return form:

You must notify us about the return in a free form at grazinimai@svarstykles.lt, stating that you are returning a quality product, attaching a document proving the purchase and the account to which you would like the money to be refunded.

1.3 Return period:

A quality product can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.4 Refund:

The money for the returned goods and their delivery to the customer will be transferred no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

1.5 Costs of returning goods:

The buyer bears the costs of returning (shipping) quality goods.

1.6 Return of goods when gifts or special discounts were received when purchasing the goods:

All gifts that were presented together with the purchased item must be returned at the same time as the purchased item is returned, except in cases where the purchased item is returned due to its quality defects, and the gifts presented together with it, due to their nature, were consumed within the period from the purchase of the item to the day the defects of this item were discovered, or the shelf life of such gifts has expired.

If a complete set of goods was purchased and a discount was received as a result (for the entire set or individual items in it), when returning the entire set, you must either return the entire set or pay the price difference that would have occurred if the goods had been purchased separately at the regular price.

1.7 Non-returnable goods:

Used, damaged, or damaged merchandise or packaging will not be accepted for return.

2 Guarantees

2.1 Quality guarantee:

A quality guarantee, also known as a legal or factory guarantee, is provided to individuals and legal entities for all our products. It is very important to keep the invoice of the purchased product because it also corresponds to the warranty card.

2.2 Quality guarantee validity period:

2.2.1 The quality guarantee for individuals is valid for 24 months unless a longer period is specified in the description and/or an extension of the warranty period has been purchased.

2.2.2 Quality guarantees for legal entities are valid for 6 months unless a longer period is specified in the description and/or an extension of the warranty period has been purchased.

2.3 The quality guarantee does not apply to:

For goods whose properties match their description;

Goods that are fit for their intended use;

For goods that have been physically damaged during use;

For goods that have been used for purposes other than their intended purpose.

NOTE: When receiving the product, pay attention to the packaging. If you suspect that the packaging has been damaged - unpack the product immediately. Inspect the product for damage, completeness and appropriateness. If you notice any defects, mark them on the delivery-acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier, draw up a report or do not accept the product. If you see defects in the product after delivery - you will be provided with a quality guarantee only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

2.4 The product is considered to be of suitable quality if:

The product meets the characteristics specified in the description;

The product is suitable for its intended use;

The product complies with the quality indicators that are generally characteristic of products of the same type and the publicly announced statements by the manufacturer of the product, including advertising and labeling of the product, regarding the specific characteristics of the product.

The buyer is recommended to read the product description because svarstykles.lt is not responsible for the fact that, due to the characteristics of the display used by the buyer or other technical reasons beyond the control of svarstykles.lt, the size, shape, shade, or other parameters of the goods sold do not correspond to the real parameters. The photos of the goods are exemplary and are intended for illustrative purposes only. The shades, inscriptions, parameters, dimensions, sizes, functions, and/or any other properties of real products may look different from the photos due to their visual characteristics, therefore, please refer to the product properties specified in the product descriptions.

2.5 Warranty service:

Goods for warranty service must be delivered to the address Mokslinkų g.6A Vilnius, Kemek engineering. Here you can print, fill out and submit a warranty service request form.

Manufacturing defects, if possible, will be removed. However, if the manufacturing defect cannot be removed, you will have the following options:

A discount that corresponds to the value lost due to defects;

Exchange the product for an identical good quality product;

Refund the money paid within 14 days after confirming that the defects of the product are not significant.

#2.6 Warranty repair terms:

The repair of a manufacturing defect usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the date the product is handed over to the warranty service. If it turns out that the repair requires a part that must be delivered from abroad, the waiting period is extended to 45 days.

2.7 Warranty repair terms:

The quality guarantee provided by Svarstykles.lt does not limit or restrict the rights of consumers who purchase a product or service of inadequate quality, which are established by legal acts.
