This result is determined by the working algorithm, which is based on the summation of statically weighed portions, when each portion is weighed separately with a predetermined permissible error.

Grain elevator

Problem

During the season, large quantities of grain need to be loaded into wagons for shipment to the port in a very short time. Since there are two branches, traditionally two railway scales would have been required - this is not only expensive, but also inefficient, as each wagon would have to be weighed separately.

Solution

We have implemented a flow weighing solution with automatic portion summation, which allows loading wagons directly from the elevator line, ensuring commercial weighing accuracy. This eliminates the need to build two expensive railway scales, and the entire loading process is faster, uninterrupted and without the need to weigh empty wagons.
